Curly Hair Tips

After many years of working with every texture of hair that exist, to make it look one way or another, it is refreshing to see more and more women with curly hair wearing it curly. Some  may argue that it is not suitable for everyone,  I say more women can wear it than not. A couple of important things to remember when getting curly hair to look its best and probably the most important is what not to do…Do not disturb the curl while it’s drying and using the right products. After the right shampoo or cleanser for your hair type followed by the right conditioner, leave the hair pretty wet for the styling. Unless your hair is thinning or really thin, the wetter the better. Be generous when applying your favorite leave-in conditioner or curl enhancing product and comb throughout, then scrunch throughout with your hand. For maximum volume throw your head over and with a diffuser attached to your blow dryer dry it while your head is upside down for most of the drying. For a little help to keep it away from your face use a thin headband, place it around the hairline while your head is upside down and viola !
